History

From Rural Utah to Global Projects

Our company started in 1946, shortly after Kenneth Savage returned from U.S. Naval duty at the end of World War II. Kenneth and his father purchased a KB-5 International stake body truck and C.A. Savage & Son began hauling cinder blocks to Utah’s Uintah Basin and coal to American Fork, Utah. Soon after that, Kenneth’s brothers, Neal and Luke, joined the company and it grew quickly. All along, the Savage family has ensured that we maintain our core value of providing high quality, worry-free service to our Customers—safely and responsibly.
