Howard F. Goodman

Senior Vice President, People Development and Member, Board of Directors

In Goodman’s 24-plus year career with Savage, he has worked in the areas of finance, accounting, safety, training, human resources, and labor relations. He currently leads the People Development area of the Company which is focused on overall leadership selection, development and training as well as integrating all people systems with the company to deliver the Savage Strategy.

Goodman is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
