Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration

Dowd joined Savage Companies in 2004, after 10 years of employment in the finance and legal groups at Huntsman Corporation, a $9 billion global chemical company. At Huntsman, Dowd served as Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations, as a divisional Sr. Vice President, Finance & Business Development, Vice President, Corporate Development and as a divisional Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to joining Huntsman, Dowd served as a corporate law associate with New York-based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Dowd served as a CPA and Tax Manager in the international tax practice of Price Waterhouse prior to receiving his law degree from Fordham University.
